WBA students experience recorded audio-visual presentations by our instructors, download course texts, access video content that enriches the coursework, complete learning assignments and take assessments.

The Spa Director’s Management Intensive Online:

Our popular live seminar can be taken as a self-paced, 12-module online spa management certificate program. Working professionals generally complete one module per week, but the course can be taken over a period as long as a year. Upon successful passage of the final exam, participants are issued our Certificate of Completion.
