Taking the Wynne Business Spa Directors Management Intensive course has been a truly valuable experience for me. As a non-native English speaker, I especially appreciated learning alternative ways to speak with clients and express myself professionally. The lessons on communication and client relations were very helpful.
I loved the chapters about team relationships and motivation — they reminded me how important it is to support coworkers and build a positive work environment. The leadership section impressed me the most: understanding how to be a leader, not just a manager, gave me new inspiration for my career.
