Wynne Business Online Courses Refund Policy       

Thank you for your interest in one of the high-quality digital education products for spa professionals from Wynne Business. Due to the digital nature of this training and the immediate access provided to proprietary educational materials, the following refund policy applies to ensure fairness for all of our customers. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final After Access Is Granted

Upon purchase, participants receive immediate access to course content, materials, and intellectual property. For this reason, all sales are final once access has been granted, except as expressly outlined below.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility (7-Day Window)

A participant may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase only if:

  • Less than 15% of the program content has been accessed or completed, AND
  • No downloadable resources, templates, or bonus materials have been used or retained, AND
  • No live coaching sessions or components, consultations, or group calls have been attended.

Requests must be submitted in writing to michelle@wynnebusiness.com

If the above three eligibility requirements are met, and none of the circumstances outlined in section 3, below, have occurred (in the sole discretion of Wynne Business), a refund will be issued minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 USD to cover processing and platform costs.

3. No Refunds After Participation

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • 15% or more of the course has been accessed
  • Any live session or coaching component has been attended
  • Certification assessments have been submitted
  • Program completion or certificate has been issued
  • Student fails to complete the program within an allowed timeframe
  • Change of personal circumstances, including scheduling conflicts, employment changes, or financial hardship

Please note: Access percentage is monitored and automatically tracked by our course platform. We have full administrative access to view course activity and use it to verify eligibility. We use this information strictly for support, policy enforcement, and to maintain fairness to all students.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Participants agree to contact Wynne Business to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate revocation of program access and additional collection actions where permitted by law, as well as:

  • Immediate termination of access to all products and services
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Possible dispute of the chargeback with documentation of your agreement to this policy

5. Program Cancellation by Company

If Wynne Business cancels the program before delivery begins, participants will receive a full refund of amounts paid.

6. Technical Issues

If a participant experiences technical difficulties preventing access, the company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Technical problems alone do not constitute grounds for a refund if access can be restored.

7. No Results Guaranteed Disclaimer

All products and courses are designed to educate and guide users. However, individual results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your personal effort, understanding, and consistent application of the material. We do not offer refunds based on lack of results or outcome expectations.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time and at our sole discretion. Any updates will be posted to this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
